RETURN POLICY

At Saksham Gems, we prioritize your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your acquisition, you may return the item in its original, unaltered condition within 30 days of receipt for either an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that refunds will be processed only after our quality assurance team has verified that the returned item is in its original condition.

All sales are considered final after the initial 30-day return period. At our discretion, items returned within 16-30 days from the receipt date may be accepted.

We are unable to process returns for items that have been altered, sized, or marked as non-returnable by another jeweler.

For efficient processing, please return the complete item, including all accompanying documentation such as appraisals and certificates. Partial returns cannot be accommodated. All shipping, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable, and returns must only include items listed on the invoice to prevent delays in refund processing.
